This shake tastes great, your kids will love it. All the healthy ingredients are magically hidden in this awesome protein, vitamin and energy rich bright green "monster shake". Decorate with a crazy straw and make a face out of fruit pieces for the top and your kids won't question a thing.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple
  • 2 peeled kiwis
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1-2 cups of coconut water
  • 1000mg powdered Vitamin C
  • 1 frozen banana, peeled
  • 1/4 cup NATERA™ Blackberry & Pomegranate Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1/4 cup NATERA™ Maple Hemp Seeds
  • makes 2-3 servings

Preparation

Add the liquid and vanilla and the spinach to the blender and blend until smooth. Then you can add the protein powder and vitamin C powder. At the end, slowly add all of the other ingredients and blend until smooth.

Tips

Use a small candies or fruit pieces to make a monster face on the top of the cup. Carrots cut into thin triangle shapes make great pointy teeth while mini marshmallows make cooky eyes. Don't forget a fun straw or cup!
