Hemp Muesli

Muesli is an old time breakfast favourite. So what better way to revitalize this morning staple than with the added nutritional bonus of protein and omega content. The addition of our hemp products in this recipe will give you that earthy, wholesome and nutty flavour everyone craves when thinking of muesli. Try it out, you've got nothing to lose!

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup wheat germ or other gluten-free substitute such as ground almonds
  • 1/2 cup NATERA™ Hemp Seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cut chopped dried apricot
  • 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons sugar (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon NATERA™ Natural Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. 
2. Store in an airtight container in a dark cupboard. Keeps fresh for up to 3 weeks.
3. When you are ready to enjoy a bowl, include with your your favourite milk or non-dairy beverage or see our recipe for hulled hemp milk.
