This spread is great on bread, crackers, and in cookies or as a dip for anything you wish. The perfect blend of wholesome nuttiness with a crisp punch of apple makes it a perfectly balanced snack. Not to mention the pure and clean nutritious value!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups apple butter or apple sauce
  • 1/2 cup of NATERA Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup NATERA Natural Hemp Protein Powder
  • sweeten to taste with honey of medjool dates

Preparation

Thoroughly blend the ingredients in a blender of your choice. Seal in a jar and refrigerate after. It's that easy!

Tips

Make a big batch and place in small glass jars with a label and a ribbon as a party favour or nice gift. 

Add some fresh green apple to the blender to add extra kick for a more summertime recipe.

Use a quality store bought apple butter or homemade apple sauce for best results.
