Our Green Goddess Hemp Smoothie is a smoothie maniacs delight when it comes not only flavour but complete protein, omega, and vitamins packed into a cup. The spinach and hemp seed content will give you all the Magnesium, Iron and Vitamin C you need for the day. Potassium rich bananas and energy kicking tropical fruit will have your taste buds swarming.

Ingredients

  • 2 frozen ripe bananas, peeled
  • 2 cups additional fruit such as pineapple, mango or kiwi
  • 3/4 cup NATERA™ Hemp Seeds
  • 3 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup milk, hemp milk or non-dairy beverage of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons NATERA™ Natural Hemp Protein Powder

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. 
2. Pour into glasses and serve.

Tips

Try using all frozen fruits if you like your smoothie really icy.
