Chocolate Lovers Hemp Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or hemp milk
  • 2 peeled frozen bananas
  • 4 large ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons NATERA™ Hemp Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons NATERA™ Dark Chocolate Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Garnish with sliced bananas and/or berries
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Preparation

1. Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smooth.

Tips

Add as much dark cocoa powder as you wish! A good quality cocoa powder should be used for the best flavour. Add additional sweetener to counteract the bitterness if adding heaps of extra cocoa powder.
