The most popular smoothie combinations are made with berries, and lots of them! This zingy berry recipe is simple but has all the punch that a good fruit smoothie needs. The quick and easy recipe is packed with the power of hemp protein and is rich with antioxidants from the berries not to mention low on the glycemic index for a sweet yet guilt-free breakfast, snack or lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or hemp milk
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tablespoons NATERA™ Blueberry & Pomegranate Hemp Protein Powder
  • 1 tablespoon NATERA™ Hemp Seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes

Preparation

Add ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
